Data collected

If you consent to analytics cookies, we also store pseudonymous identifiers in local storage to remember that choice.

Enrollment flows operated by our payment partners collect billing details under their own policies; we receive confirmation of payment status and cohort assignment rather than full card numbers.

Third parties

We rely on infrastructure vendors for email delivery, video conferencing, and document storage. Each vendor processes data under agreements that require confidentiality and purpose limitation. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

When partners sponsor scholarships, we share only the minimum roster fields required to verify eligibility, and we instruct partners to delete those rows after the program ends unless a longer retention window is legally required.

Retention

Contact form submissions remain in our mailbox for twenty-four months unless a shorter period is needed for volume, after which we archive or delete threads without attachments that contain sensitive secrets accidentally pasted by users.

Cookie preference keys remain until you clear site data or issue a deletion request that we honor within thirty days, subject to backups cycling on their own schedule.

Scope

This policy covers supersystempeak.one and the marketing behaviors described here. It does not govern the separate learning platform where accounts may use different controllers; those notices are presented at login.

If you follow outbound links to partner documentation, their policies apply once you leave our hostname.
