Termination

Either party may end access to PeakForge Academy digital materials when a cohort concludes or when a written notice period agreed at purchase completes. We may suspend access immediately if we detect activity that compromises other learners, such as credential sharing at unusual scale or attempts to disrupt live sessions.

When termination is for convenience, you retain copies of notes you authored, but not downloadable mentor templates or cohort-only recordings beyond the access window described at checkout. Enterprise teams receive a wind-down checklist so internal reviewers can archive evidence of completion.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep login credentials private, and notify us if a device storing those credentials is lost. You will not scrape the learning platform, resell mentor feedback, or misrepresent affiliation with PeakForge Academy in public forums.

Participants joining on behalf of an enterprise client remain responsible for following their employer's acceptable-use policies. Where employer rules conflict with our community guidelines, the stricter standard applies during live sessions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumers resident in Korea benefit from mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract language.

Venue for formal disputes sits with the courts of Seoul, unless applicable law grants you a non-waivable right to sue in your place of residence. We encourage informal resolution first through the contact channel listed on this page.

Service description

PeakForge Academy delivers structured Java Spring backend training, mentor reviews, and cohort events through a static marketing site and separate learning systems linked from your purchase confirmation. Features described on this site reflect the offering at publication; we may adjust schedules to reflect instructor availability while preserving learning objectives.

Informational prices shown here do not constitute a binding offer in every jurisdiction; final amounts appear on the checkout provider your organization selects. We do not operate embedded payment processing inside this static site.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, recordings, rubrics, and branding remain the property of PeakForge Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning or the internal upskilling scope purchased by your employer.

You retain ownership of code you write during exercises. By submitting work for mentor review, you grant us a license to display anonymized excerpts inside internal quality reviews unless you opt out in writing before submission.

Acceptance

By accessing supersystempeak.one or enrolling through linked flows, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to the refund rules where purchases exist. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the marketing site and do not proceed to checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, PeakForge Academy is not liable for indirect losses such as lost operational throughput, missed hiring windows, or goodwill damage arising from use or inability to use the training materials. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding notice, except where statute forbids such caps for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Preferences

You can reopen cookie choices by clearing local storage keys prefixed with supersystempeak.one or by contacting us for manual guidance. The banner stores a short code indicating allow, reject, or unset states so we do not re-prompt on every navigation.

If you use multiple browsers, set preferences separately because each profile maintains its own storage partition.

Eligibility

Digital course seats are eligible for a refund when you request cancellation within fourteen days of purchase and before accessing more than twenty percent of released modules or downloading cohort-only assets marked as non-returnable. Team purchases follow the same window from the invoice date.

Custom enterprise statements of work carry different eligibility described in the signed order form.

Contact

Refund requests must include your order reference, cohort name, and the email used at purchase. Send them to contact@supersystempeak.one with “Refund request” in the subject line so finance tooling can route the ticket.

Timeframe

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional banking days to appear, especially for cross-border cards settled through Korean acquirers.

If a payment partner rejects the reversal for technical reasons, we will describe the next step rather than leaving the ticket idle.

Exceptions

Completed mentor 1:1 bundles, downloaded certificate artwork after issuance, or redeemed third-party exam vouchers are non-refundable once consumed. Partial refunds may be offered when a cohort is shortened by us; we communicate the partial rate in writing.

Process

We confirm eligibility, verify identity lightly to prevent fraud, then issue the reversal through the original payment path where possible. If that path is closed, we request an alternate account using a documented procedure.

You should retain email confirmations until the reversal posts because banks sometimes request merchant references.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through PeakForge Academy checkout partners linked from this domain. It does not cover incidental expenses such as travel to optional in-person meetups, hardware, or cloud bills you incur while studying.

Consumer rights under the Republic of Korea remain available regardless of this summary, and where local law grants a longer reconsideration period, that period controls.
